Privacy Policy & Terms of Use

TestGuard exists to support fair, voluntary Android testing exchanges.

The Guard App only watches package names that belong to the user's active TestGuard room. It does not collect location, photos, contacts, SMS, microphone, camera data, or files.

Usage Access is requested with clear consent so the app can detect whether a required room app was opened. DevSwap also verifies the installed app signature against the Google Play App Signing SHA-256 submitted by the app owner to prevent fake APKs, cloned apps, renamed APKs, and spoofed applications.

We only collect basic technical device information such as device manufacturer, brand, model, Android version, SDK version, screen size, device language, app installed status, and verification result to help developers understand testing results. DevSwap does not collect sensitive personal information.

Events are limited to package name, app id, room id, tester id, timestamp, verification status, and the basic technical device information listed above.

Users must only submit honest feedback, respect other testers, and avoid using TestGuard to monitor unrelated apps or people.
